Return Policy
- 30-day window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorization (RMA) number before you ship anything back.
- Non-defective returns: You pay return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies, and original outbound shipping or freight costs may be deducted from your refund.
- Defective or wrong item: No restocking fee and no return shipping cost to you, once the defect or error is verified.
