Delivery Time: Delivery timing varies by product, destination, carrier, and shipping method. Business-day estimates do not include weekends or carrier holidays.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided after your order ships whenever tracking is available from the carrier.

Freight Deliveries: Oversized and heavy medical equipment may ship by freight carrier. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please provide an accurate daytime phone number when placing your order.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Other Locations: Standard free-shipping terms may not apply outside the contiguous United States. Please contact us before ordering if your delivery address is outside the contiguous U.S.
